This is a beautiful bike. High quality Japan made frame. Most likely by Bridgestone, Panasonic or Miyata. 59cm frame.

Triple cranks are SR Apex. Suntour Cyclone shifters and derailers. Upright three speed style handle bars. They could be easily swapped for drop bars or moustache style bars.
